Established in 1946, the South St. Paul Lions Club serves the community by donating funds to community events, schools and other select causes. The SSP Lions have also traditionally supported Kaposia Days.
The Lions raises funds through various events such as Christmas Tree sales, pancake breakfasts, a Memorial golf tournament and a Fun Shoot.
Since 1989, the South St. Paul Lions have donated ore than $4.6 million back to our community. A few examples of SSP Lions donations include:
-Donations to local public and parochial schools
- Backstops at McMorrow Field
-SSP High School bleachers
- Field Dugouts
-Lorraine Park Shelter
- Relay for Life

Please note: Any request of $1000 or more, a representative will be requested to present the request to the club in person. A representative of the South St. Paul Lions Club will contact the requestor to schedule to presentation.
