South St. Paul Lions CLub Overview
Established in 1946, the South St. Paul Lions Club serves the community by donating funds to community events, schools and other select causes. The SSP Lions have also traditionally supported Kaposia Days.
The Lions raises funds through various events such as Christmas Tree sales, pancake breakfasts, a Memorial golf tournament and a Fun Shoot.
Since 1989, the South St. Paul Lions have donated ore than $4.6 million back to our community. A few examples of SSP Lions donations include:
- Donations to local public and parochial schools
- Backstops at McMorrow Field
- SSP High School Scoreboards
- Kaposia Landing & Lorraine Park Shelter
- Youth Programs
- Many, Many, More!
We raise funds through a series of events throughout the year. W e work together to serve and give back to our community while having fun and building friendships. You can learn more about these events here.
